Untraditional Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter (1 stick), softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar, unpacked
1 egg, lightly beaten
1-2 tsp vanilla
4-5 tablespoons milk
Just under 2 cups of flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup ground walnuts
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.

In a large bowl of an electric mixer, cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars until fluffy. Add egg, vanilla, and milk and beat until well incorporated. Add salt, then add flour slowly until dough is no longer sticky but not crumbly. If dough is too firm, add more milk 1 tbsp at a time.

Stir in walnuts, chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips.

Flatten large tablespoon-sized balls of dough in hand and place, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 minutes.
